1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Usage constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and the individual developer of MeVault ("the Developer") concerning your access to and use of the MeVault mobile application and website.

2. BETA TESTING LICENSE

We grant you a revocable, limited license to use the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial testing purposes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time during the beta phase.

3. THE "NO-RECOVERY" RULE

MeVault is a zero-knowledge application. The Developer does not store your passwords, PINs, or recovery keys. You are solely responsible for your access credentials. If you lose them, there is no technical way to recover your data.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, its source code, branding, and logos are the proprietary property of MeVault. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian Law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including data loss or corruption during the beta testing phase.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
